Job Description
Role: Battery Validation Engineer (Manufacturing – Production)
We are seeking a highly interested and motivated Engineers from Chemical / Electrical / ECE (B.Tech) to join our dynamic team. As a Battery Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the testing of battery and cells for our innovative energy storage solutions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to ensure the performance, safety, efficiency of our battery and cell testing. Responsibilities:
- Understand the basic principles of electrical engineering, especially related to batteries, circuits, and power systems.
- Familiarity with battery manufacturing processes, including electrical components in the battery and packaging.
- Proficient in using testing equipment such as thermal imaging cameras, and battery tester equipment etc.
- Ability to design and conduct tests to assess battery performance, capacity, cycle life, and safety.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that batteries meet standards and specifications.
- Develop testing protocols and procedures to identify defects and ensure consistency in production.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment during testing procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly, especially during unexpected issues in the production line.
- Effectively communicate testing results, concerns, and recommendations to other team members, supervisors, or relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to battery production and testing (e.g., UL, IEC).
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other professionals.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualification:
- Education: B. Tech in Electrical / Chemical / ECE
Experience: Min. 2 years of experience in Battery Manufacturing & / or Testing.
